2. Products & Pricing

• Prices are in INR, inclusive of taxes, and subject to change.
• Images are for illustration purposes; actual products may vary slightly.

3. Orders & Payment

• Orders can be placed via our website (cart.html) or directly via WhatsApp, and are confirmed upon acceptance by Kalpataru Atta Mill.
• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), UPI, and bank transfers.
• For online orders, payment confirmation via UPI or bank transfer must be verified before the order is marked as confirmed.
• In the event of a payment dispute, proof of transaction (screenshot of UPI/bank reference ID) may be required for verification.

4. Delivery

• We offer same-day/next-day delivery within Siliguri.
• Timelines provided are estimated and may vary based on conditions.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and platform is the property of Kalpataru Atta Mill.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the Laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Siliguri, West Bengal.

7. Order Acceptance & Minimum Order

• All orders are subject to acceptance by Kalpataru Atta Mill.
• Minimum order value is ₹250. Orders below this amount will not be processed.
• We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or delivery zone restrictions.

8. Delivery Area & PIN Code Restrictions

• We currently deliver only within Siliguri city limits (PIN codes 734001–734015).
• Orders with PIN codes outside this range will be automatically rejected.
• We are working to expand delivery to nearby areas in the future.

9. Order Cancellation & Modification

• Orders can be cancelled or modified by contacting us via WhatsApp before dispatch.
• Once an order is marked as "Out for Delivery," cancellation is not possible.
• For UPI-paid orders that are cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.

10. Subscription Plans

• Subscription plans (Monthly Box, Annual Plan) are billed as per the selected frequency.
• Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime by contacting us via WhatsApp. Cancellation will be effective from the next billing cycle.
• No refunds will be issued for the current billing period upon cancellation.
• We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 15 days advance notice.

11. Product Descriptions & Variations

• Product images are for illustration purposes. Natural spices may vary slightly in color, texture, and aroma between batches.
• Such variations are a natural characteristic of pure, stone-ground spices and do not constitute a defect.

12. Limitation of Liability

• Kalpataru Atta Mill's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the order value of the specific transaction in question.
• We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

13. Data & Local Storage

• Our website uses your browser's local storage to save cart items and order history for your convenience.
• This data is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to our servers unless you place an order.
• Clearing your browser data will remove saved cart items and order history.
